Money-Back Policy

This policy applies to tuition listed on lightwave-volt.digital in Vietnamese Dong. Third-party marketplace purchases follow those platforms’ rules.

If you have not accessed downloadable materials or live sessions beyond orientation, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment confirmation.

After the cooling-off window, partial refunds may be considered for documented medical emergencies or relocation, minus fees for consumed sessions and non-recoverable vendor costs.

Printed packs shipped domestically, third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf, and accelerated 1:1 blocks once delivered are non-refundable.

Email hello@lightwave-volt.digital with enrollment ID, payment reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision or request for documentation.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, subject to bank timelines.

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We are not liable for incidental travel costs.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections under Vietnamese law where they apply. For disputes, follow the escalation path in General Terms after good-faith negotiation.
