1. Controller
Lightwave Volt acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this site and enrollment flows. Questions: hello@lightwave-volt.digital · (84-38) 3844553 · 135 Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, Vinh City, Nghe An, Vietnam.
2. Categories of data
We may process identifiers (name, email), professional context (company, role), billing references, technical logs (IP, device, browser), communications you send us, and cookie-related signals described in the Cookie Preferences page.
3. Purposes
Purposes include delivering courses, responding to inquiries, improving materials, securing our services, complying with law, and—only with consent where required—analytics to understand site usage.
4. Legal bases
We rely on contract performance for enrollments, legitimate interests for security and service improvement (balanced against your rights), and consent where we must for non-essential cookies or marketing communications.
5. Retention
Enrollment records are kept as long as needed for education administration and tax obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you withdraw consent or we retire the list. Logs rotate on a shorter technical schedule unless investigation requires longer retention.
6. Processors and sharing
We use infrastructure and email providers that may process data on our behalf under agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if law enforcement presents valid legal process.
7. International transfers
Some tools may process data outside Vietnam. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor diligence. Ask us for the current subprocessors list.
8. Security
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit for modern browsers. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable Vietnamese consumer and data-protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion where lawful, restriction, or objection. You may lodge a complaint with competent authorities where available.
10. Children
Services are aimed at adults and professional learners. We do not knowingly collect data from children without guardian involvement. Contact us to request removal if you believe we collected a child’s data improperly.
11. Policy updates
We revise this notice when practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate. The last updated date reflects the newest revision.
